Adoption Angel is the birth parent support program of Heritage Adoption Services. Heritage is a licensed child-placing agency in the states of Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Montana. Our main office is in Portland, Oregon, but we’ll go anywhere to see you! Although we’ve just completed our Montana licensing, we’ve been licensed in Oregon for fifteen years and in Washington for seven. We’ve traveled to the far corners of both those states and no doubt will do so again.
